Onde, Inc. (“Onde,” “we,” “us,” “our”), a Delaware corporation, respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use planwithonde.com and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you consent to the data practices described here.

Information you provide: account information (name, email, password, phone number); profile information; payment information (handled by third-party processors); and content you submit, such as event details and messages.

Information collected automatically: device and browser information; IP address; usage information (pages visited, time and date, navigation patterns, search queries); and approximate location from IP address. Precise location is collected only with your permission.

We share information: with your consent; with venues or event providers as needed to fulfill a booking or inquiry; with service providers who work on our behalf (for example, payment processors, cloud hosting, and analytics providers); for legal reasons; and in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We may share aggregated or anonymized data that cannot identify you. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When personal information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13; if we learn we have, we will delete it.

Onde is based in the United States, and your information may be processed in the United States and in other countries that may have different data-protection laws than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

10. Cookies

planwithonde.com uses a small set of cookies and similar technologies:

• Essential cookies the site sets directly, to keep you signed in and route you correctly.
• Analytics and monitoring provided by Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, PostHog, and Sentry, which measure usage and monitor errors. PostHog and Sentry include session replay.

The site does not currently use advertising or ad-targeting cookies, and does not currently display a cookie-consent banner. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Full detail is in our Cookie Policy.

11. Third-Party Privacy Practices

This policy does not cover third-party websites or services reachable from the Service. Review their privacy policies before providing them with information.

12. Additional Regional Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

If you are in the United States: depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under state privacy laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to access and delete it, the right to correct it, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Onde does not sell your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
